This is a great product. I use it as often as possible. I made chili for dinner tonight and I browned the ground turkey into the lid then used the lid to cover it while in the oven for an hour. This combination works like a large pot, Dutch oven, skillet, ect. You can go away in a kiln without problems.

My mom always used a cast iron pan – I finally got one and do not know why I waited so long. Everything tastes better from Bacon to cornbread to stew.

This is a very good product for cooking in the oven. The cleanup is easy too. I really enjoy cooking with it.

We use the cover every day something cooking … eggs, bacon, sausage, vegetables, etc. This is a great all-purpose pan. The bottom “pan we use less frequently, but it was still worth the money for the times we used to make spaghetti sauce or a dish that has sauce in it. I would buy this set many times, but since it is cast iron, which should last us for a long, long time. I also have the enameled cast iron and have found that the regular cast iron cookware is more durable and better non-stick characteristics. I would buy the cast iron enamel over cast iron, if I needed to make future purchases.
