I just bought this juicer from Amazon and I can make a liter of juice in about a minute. The large chute means I can toss everything in whole and with the 1000 Watt motor this can juice a bag of carrots, several apples and an entire stalk of lettuce put in whole in seconds with the shredder spinning at 13,000 rpm. I bought this for home and it would be fantastic for a health food restaurant of juice bar. For the fantastic quality and rugged construction you are get far more for your money than any other juicer on the market. It’s worth a lot more than I paid for it and this juicer deserves more than 5 stars (far far superior to my top of the line all stainless ACME juicer). I make juice every morning and there is nothing so easy and fast to use.

I juice vegetables daily which requires a juicer that has power & durability. The Breville Juice Fountain Elite has all of this and more. My most recent juicer before this Breville burnt out in less than 3 months. So far the Breville has proven that it will stand the test of time. The most surprising thing to me was that the juice from the Breville tasted much better to me than the juice I was getting from my other juicer. The juice is much more consistent and flavorful. It reminds me of the juice I get at the local a juice vendor which uses a $2000 juicer. I would recommend the Breville juice fountain elite to everyone.

If you are serious about juicing for any reason – health, healing, detoxing-whatever, this is a wonderful wonderful tool. I did alot of research prior to choosing the Breville 800JEXL. From day one of receiving it I began using this juice extractor twice a day until I underwent some shoulder surgery. This along with a detox diet prior to the surgery has I believe contributed to my healing well ahead of the curve. I’m now back to twice a day. It’s a pleasure to use since cleanup is extremely easy and fast, which was one of my main criteria. I always put a plastic bag from the grocery store in the hopper for even easier cleanup. And there is nothing flimsy about the construction. It’s a breeze to put back together. The pulp extracted is extremely dry so that I know I’m getting the maximum out of each vegetable or fruit I put in. The manual was very helpful as I had never juiced prior to getting the Breville and the recipes are classic. I’ve since bought 2 books about juicing and detox dieting which I would also recommend doing for more juice combinations and in depth nutritional info. I had no qualms about the price although it was a stretch for me. It has more than paid for itself in the benefits and pleasure I get from it.

I needed a new juicer to replace my Juiceman, and only knew that I didn’t want to get another Juiceman, because it’s hard to clean and there are lots of other problems with it. I really had no intention of spending $300 for a juicer, but after checking out a lot of other juicers and reading 28 great reviews for the Breville 800JEXL (that’s all there were at the time), I decided I would get the Breville. And I love it. It is just great. I wanted something that would be easy to clean, and this washes up in 5 minutes. And I’ve had it three months, used it almost everyday, and it looks just as new as the day I received it. And it makes great tasting creamy juice. It is professionally designed and everything about it is well thought out. The plastic pitcher that comes with it, is attractive, easy to clean, and attaches to the spout of the juicer so that no juice sprays anywhere else but in the pitcher. And the container that catches the pulp attaches tightly to the juicer so that no pulp oversprays the container. The only thing that I have found that it doesn’t juice as well is spinach. But in my opinion, it blows away all the other juicers and I would highly recommend this to anyone. It is just great and I love it!
